William has accumulated over three decades of experience in private legal practice, where he has honed his skills across various legal domains such as real estate, title insurance, corporate law, estate planning, landlord-tenant issues, and more. He has held roles as Town Attorney and, since 1998, as a Town Justice in his residential town. William is an active member of the Rotary Club, having served as its president twice.
