Ellen Anne Fischer - Profile

Specializing in defending medical malpractice cases, personal injury claims, and handling appeals, attorney Ellen A. Fischer brings a wealth of knowledge in state appellate and motion practice. She also possesses expertise in mental hygiene law, including representing clients in involuntary retention and medication hearings, federal motion practice, defending physicians in civil rights actions brought by prisoners, and premises liability defense. Graduating with honors from Binghamton University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and General Literature, Mrs. Fischer went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 1993.
