Juliette Passer is a lawyer based in New York, with experience as an arbitrator and mediator. She is also a seasoned senior executive with a strong background in International business, specializing in assisting companies in expanding their operations both in the United States and overseas. With over twenty-five years of successful experience, she has provided counsel on legal matters related to international business expansions. Juliette possesses in-depth knowledge of various markets, including regions such as the former USSR, Eastern and Western Europe, China, Turkey, and Panama. She also has extensive experience serving on private Boards and is open to engaging in suitable Board opportunities. After completing her legal studies, Juliette began her career as a corporate Associate at the New York offices of Debevoise & Plimpton and Patterson, Belknap Webb & Tyler, LLP. In these roles, she handled corporate finance, general corporate practices, arbitration, and international development for clients. Her responsibilities included negotiating various agreements such as lending, stock purchase, licensing, distribution, and joint ventures, as well as establishing a presence in Moscow. Additionally, Juliette has shared her knowledge with numerous individuals through teaching engagements, seminars, and courses. She has lectured both domestically and internationally on legal and commercial matters, focusing on emerging markets and the impact of the Internet.
