Biography
Elysa Greenblatt has been specializing in matrimonial law exclusively since 2004. Her focus is on handling intricate high net worth divorce cases and contentious custody disputes, with extensive experience in all facets of matrimonial and family law. This includes prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, fair distribution of assets, spousal and child support issues, parenting arrangements, and post-judgment legal matters. While Elysa is a seasoned litigator, she is also proficient in mediation and collaborative law. She regularly utilizes these alternative dispute resolution techniques to secure favorable settlements for her clients. Elysa also acts as a court-appointed attorney for children of divorcing couples.
Elysa launched her legal career at the New York City Office of the Corporation Counsel, Family Court Division. During her tenure, she gained valuable trial experience by prosecuting juveniles in Brooklyn and Manhattan Family Courts.
