With a wealth of 30 years of expertise in negotiating cases on behalf of judges in the NYS court system, particularly in the commercial division from 1994 to 2023, I bring a high level of skill and knowledge to the table. I furthered my education by obtaining an LLM in International Dispute Resolution from Fordham Law School in 2022 and attained the esteemed title of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the same year. In 2023, I transitioned from my role as a law clerk to pursue a career in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Before transitioning to a full-time mediator, I underwent rigorous training for over four years, accumulating over 200 hours of specialized instruction. I hold certifications in Florida, which necessitated an additional 40-hour training session, as well as extensive practical exposure under the guidance of seasoned mediators, alongside comprehensive background screenings. I am also a certified mediator in the State of New Jersey. As a dedicated full-time mediator, I specialize in mediating commercial division disputes, business conflicts, corporate dissolutions, real estate matters, personal injury claims, employment disputes, and a wide array of other cases. I am listed on court rosters, allotting time for pro bono work as a mediator. My standard billing rate is $400 per hour. Since 2018, I have been engaged in arbitration work for FINRA, possessing chair qualifications and accreditation in FINRA mediation.
