Richard Lutringer is a full-time mediator with offices in New York City and Southern California. In Palm Springs, his focus is on divorce, custodial arrangements, real estate disputes, probate matters, family-owned businesses, and vacation homes. His New York City office specializes in corporate, commercial, and finance issues. Richard has received extensive training in alternative dispute resolution techniques from reputable institutions such as the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in London (CEDR), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). He serves as a mediator on panels for CPR, FINRA, and various federal and state courts. Richard is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) and plays an active role as a mediator and Chair of the NYCBA/NYSBA Pilot Mediation Project for NYC Surrogate's Court (Probate Court).
