Biography

Alyce Wittenstein joined the firm in 1985 as a managing paralegal, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of the firm's operations under the guidance of Mr. Wittenstein and the team. During the years 1995-1998, she pursued her legal education at CUNY Law School, distinguishing herself as a teaching aide for Civil Rights advocate Haywood Burns. She established a Human Rights Delegation to Haiti and delved into Constitutional Law studies with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Her tenure at the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) provided her with valuable insights into Employment Discrimination issues. Upon being admitted to the Bar in 1999, she brought her expertise in Personal Injury law and her fervor for Civil Rights to the firm. Alyce became a partner in 2000, leading to the renaming of the firm to Wittenstein & Wittenstein, Esqs. PC.
