Biography
DAVID A. BLANSKY serves as a partner at LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP. David initially joined the Firm as an associate in March 2004 and elevated to a partner in March 2007. His legal practice primarily centers around commercial and business litigation. Throughout his time in law school, David engaged in various cooperative education opportunities. This included clerking at the Massachusetts Superior Court, contributing to denaturalization and deportation cases of Nazi war criminals at the Department of Justice Office of Special Investigations, handling criminal cases as a public defender in New Mexico, and addressing contract, copyright, trademark, and communications matters at National Public Radio’s Office of the General Counsel. Post-graduation, David served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County for close to four years. In this role, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, from petty offenses to felonies, and regularly presented evidence before grand juries.
