With more than 43 years of legal experience, Gregory M Messer embarked on his legal career as a Legal Aid attorney in Albany, New York. In 1980, he established his law practice in Brooklyn, New York, focusing primarily on bankruptcy law. Since then, Mr. Messer has been an integral part of the standing panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His expertise spans representing debtors, creditors, trustees, defendants, asset purchasers, and various other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings. Over the years, he has taken on roles such as Chapter 7 Trustee, Chapter 11 Trustee, post-confirmation Trustee, mediator, and examiner, handling cases of diverse scales across multiple industries.
