Biography
David Feige serves as Of Counsel at Giskan Solotaroff & Anderson LLP. He offers experienced and proficient legal representation for individuals and businesses in civil litigation, criminal cases, and investigative matters. David has a background as a Public Defender in New York City, advocating for indigent clients in a diverse range of criminal cases for more than a decade. He held the position of Trial Chief at The Bronx Defenders, a community defender organization, and was honored with the prestigious National Legal Aid and Defender Association’s Reginald Heber Smith Award in 2002 for his contributions to indigent defense. David has also been actively involved in academia, serving as a Professor of Law and Director of Advocacy Programs at Seton Hall University School of Law. He conducts lectures on trial techniques and eyewitness identification, imparting his knowledge to audiences at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, various law schools, and public defender offices nationwide. Additionally, David is a faculty member at the National Criminal Defense College. He graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in 1988 and obtained his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991. David is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
