Biography
I am actively involved in handling complex commercial litigation cases both at trial and appellate levels. My legal practice covers a wide range of industries and legal areas, including representing distressed debt hedge funds, hedge fund creditors, former employees, and international consulting companies. I have experience serving as lead and co-counsel in commercial jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as arguing appeals, including in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2014, I played a crucial role in achieving a $565 million judgment for my clients in a lawsuit challenging a dividend recapitalization on fraudulent conveyance grounds. While my main focus is on commercial litigation, I also provide legal assistance in corporate matters such as equity incentive plans, strategic alliances, technology development and implementation, securities regulation, and real estate ventures. I am licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Additionally, I am an active member of the New York City Bar Association and serve on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
