Biography
Tony K. Kim is an Associate Attorney at Tadler Law LLP. Before joining Tadler Law, Tony worked as a Prosecutor for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office starting in 2019. He gained experience in the Trial Bureau, beginning as a prosecutor for misdemeanor cases and later handling felony prosecutions. As a prosecutor in Brooklyn, he was involved in the investigation and prosecution of numerous criminal cases, including offenses such as attempted murder, firearm possession, robberies, and burglaries. In his role, Tony conducted thorough investigations, gathered additional evidence, and interviewed witnesses and law enforcement officials to prepare for grand jury presentations. He presented multiple cases to the grand jury, conducting direct examinations and cross-examinations. Tony also co-chaired a case involving attempted murder and conducted evidentiary suppression hearings in firearm possession cases. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College, where he participated in the College of Arts and Sciences Honors Program. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2019. During law school, Tony served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, Co-President of Legal Outreach – Motivating Youth Through Legal Education, and Alumni Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Prior to attending law school, Tony gained experience working with Ariana Tadler at a previous firm and also worked as a paralegal specializing in securities class action cases.
