Alex M. Neurohr is an Associate Attorney specializing in our Corporate and Business Department, where he focuses on contract creation and enforcement, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate affairs involving establishment, reorganization, and dissolution. Additionally, Mr. Neurohr supports our Real Estate Department by addressing property-related issues such as partition actions, boundary disputes, post-closing matters, and mortgage foreclosures. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and later achieved his Juris Doctor from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, graduating with honors in 2014. Before joining HoganWillig, Mr. Neurohr practiced insurance defense litigation, managing cases related to motor vehicle accidents, residential and commercial premises liability, and toxic tort defense in Western New York.
