Prior to joining Brewer, Ms. Eisenberg served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey. She led high-stakes grand jury investigations and obtained convictions for white-collar crimes, such as investment fraud and aggravated identity theft. During her tenure as an AUSA, Ms. Eisenberg was involved in the prosecution of a significant computer hacking/securities fraud scheme.
