Biography
I am Rafael O. Gomez, Esq., a native of Western New York, and I have been practicing law since becoming a member of the New York State Bar in 2001. With a strong background in litigation, I have secured over fifty jury trial verdicts and manage all aspects of my cases, from initial investigation to trial and beyond. I completed my undergraduate studies at Franklin & Marshall College and subsequently pursued my legal education at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Upon obtaining my law degree in 2000, I joined an insurance defense firm where I gained immediate trial experience. Over the years, I have represented clients on both sides of the legal spectrum in a variety of litigation matters. My legal practice in Buffalo and across New York State is dedicated to advocating for the interests of individuals, with a focus on Western New York.
