Before starting his legal practice in 1981, Steven Orlow served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York, and later as Counsel to the county executive of Queens County, New York. In 1980, Steven Orlow was elected to the City Council for the position of "Council Member-At-Large," representing the nearly two million residents of Queens County. While still on the City Council, Mr. Orlow founded his law practice and subsequently left the Council to focus on personal injury cases in his private practice.
