Biography
Patricia is a highly regarded lawyer (Martindale Hubbell AV rating) with over 15 years of experience as a legal advocate specializing in labor and employment law, civil litigation, and providing comprehensive legal guidance to business owners. She offers a wide array of legal services, including conflict resolution, to support her clients' needs. Patricia also represents individuals facing issues such as sexual harassment, sexual assault, and gender discrimination through civil litigation, and she practices family immigration law, assisting families and refugees. She has previously served as the chief legal officer for a consortium of professional engineers and construction firms, where she established and expanded a legal department, gaining expertise in corporate governance, contract negotiations, management training, and litigation oversight.
