Biography
I am licensed to practice law in the state of New York and Florida, as well as in the federal courts of the Southern District of New York. My professional background encompasses work in private practice, government service, and the non-profit sector. I currently specialize in handling cases related to the Child Victims Act, Products Liability, and General Negligence. Previously, my legal practice involved representing hospitals, physicians, municipalities, and other healthcare providers in a range of complex litigation matters, including medical liability, civil rights, and general negligence claims. Prior to that role, I served as a Criminal Defense Attorney at the Legal Aid Society in Manhattan, where I provided legal representation to clients facing criminal charges spanning from misdemeanors to felonies. With a wealth of courtroom experience, I have successfully represented clients in both bench trials and jury trials. In my former position as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, my focus was on prosecuting, litigating, and resolving intricate criminal cases, particularly those involving domestic violence issues.
