Biography
I am a licensed lawyer in the state of New York, with admission to the Federal District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the Federal Court District of Connecticut and Vermont. Holding an advanced degree in Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law, I have been recognized with the Super Lawyers Award for twelve consecutive years spanning from 2013 to 2025. Furthermore, I am acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Trial Attorneys in New York State.
In the year 2000, I established Giordano Law Offices Personal Injury & Employment Lawyers, motivated by a deep commitment to supporting a diverse clientele across a range of legal practice areas. My professional journey commenced as a Prosecutor specializing in Rackets and Homicide cases, where I spearheaded investigations and trials involving organized crime, white-collar crime, public corruption, and homicide matters. Additionally, I have served as Legislative Counsel for esteemed U.S. Senators, including Senator Joe Biden, and various Senate committees.
Prior to founding my own firm, I served as a Senior Trial Specialist at the NYC Corporation Counsel’s Special Litigation Unit, handling high-profile lawsuits such as wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. My expertise extends to acting as lead counsel in complex federal and state litigation concerning catastrophic torts and employment discrimination within the corporate law realm.
