Israel specialized in the areas of Litigation and Employment Law, managing prominent clients such as Prudential, Deloitte, and T-Mobile. During his tenure at the firm, Israel was a strong advocate for Pro-Bono work and community service, earning recognition from the New York State Bar Association for his extensive pro bono contributions. He actively participated in initiatives related to early childhood education and served as a junior board member for the organization Jump Start. While excelling as a litigator in the legal field, Israel discovered his passion for working with independent artists and non-profit organizations in the entertainment industry.
