Lisa Renee Pomerantz boasts over three decades of diverse legal expertise. Upon graduating with honors from Radcliffe College at Harvard University and Boston University Law School, where she notably served on the Law Review, Lisa gained valuable experience as a law clerk for a federal court judge. Following a period as a litigation attorney in private practice, she dedicated more than fifteen years as a senior in-house attorney for a prominent corporation. Since 2003, Lisa has successfully run her own legal practice, specializing in assisting innovative businesses in structuring and nurturing fruitful business relationships and finding amicable and cost-efficient solutions to disputes. Her conflict resolution skills are evident in her role as a Commercial Mediator and Arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Neutrals. Lisa is renowned for developing and delivering engaging training programs, serving as a sought-after keynote speaker at various business, association, and educational gatherings, and publishing a monthly newsletter named “Making the Connection.” Within the legal sphere, Lisa has chaired the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Committees at the Suffolk County Bar Association, while holding positions as an Officer and Advisory Board member at the Suffolk Academy of Law. In 2007, Lisa was recognized with the Suffolk County Bar Association Directors’ Award for her impactful leadership as ADR Committee Co-Chair. She has also been commended with Awards of Recognition in 2004 for her contributions to continuing legal education and her role as Intellectual Property Committee Co-Chair.
