Biography

Michael Kolb hails from Newburgh, New York and completed his education at Chestnut Street School, North Junior High School, Newburgh Free Academy, Cornell University, and Columbia University Law School. He gained admission to the bar in 1976 and has dedicated over 35 years to the practice of law across various environments. In the initial phase of his professional journey, he functioned as a Law Secretary to a Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department for close to two years. Presently, his legal practice predominantly revolves around advocating for individuals harmed by faulty machinery and other products. Additionally, he provides legal representation for individuals affected by diverse personal injury scenarios and engages in commercial litigation as well. Michael takes immense pride in being the father of three sons, namely Michael, Johnathan, and David.
