With over 25 years of legal experience, Richard's primary focus has been in the realms of real estate and sustainable development. He holds teaching positions as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Columbia University Law School, and Fordham University School of Law, instructing classes on Sustainable Building Law, Real Estate Transactions/Practice, Condominiums & Cooperatives, and Commercial Leasing. Richard is recognized as a Green Globes Professional and LEED Accredited Professional, and he is a distinguished member of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
