Biography

Orin Kurtz serves as legal counsel for workers involved in class actions, individual lawsuits, and contract negotiations. Mr. Kurtz also advises employers on compliance with employment laws. With a track record of handling some of the most substantial class action settlements in legal history, he is currently leading the representation of over 210,000 employees in a nationwide class action related to ERISA violations (the legislation governing employee retirement plans such as 401(k) accounts).
