Biography
In my professional journey and currently as a dedicated trial lawyer at Cellino Law, my primary objective is to vigorously advocate for you to secure the most favorable outcome. I take satisfaction in maintaining open communication with clients, keeping you informed every step of the way, and involving you in the decision-making processes of your legal matters. My academic foundation is deeply rooted in the realm of legal studies. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought from Amherst College. Subsequently, I earned my law degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law and completed coursework focused on New York State laws at University at Buffalo School of Law. During my legal studies, I dedicated my final year to serving clients through the Auglaize County (OH) Public Defender’s Office. The insights gained from this experience have been invaluable in my civil practice, as strategies learned are frequently employed in civil defense litigation. My primary areas of legal practice involve intricate litigation encompassing pharmaceutical disputes, medical device cases, toxic tort claims, and personal injury lawsuits. Around ninety percent (90%) of my litigation portfolio revolves around pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Since becoming part of Cellino Law, I have contributed to numerous product liability cases in various capacities. This involvement has provided me with diverse experience in complex litigation, including assuming leadership roles, serving as a trial team member, preparing expert witnesses, conducting and defending depositions in multiple MultiDistrict Litigations, and representing numerous clients harmed by pharmaceutical and medical device products.
