Biography
Lana Sukhman hails from Brooklyn, NY and was brought up in Marlboro, NJ. Lana pursued her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, graduating with highest honors in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following this, Lana was accepted into Seton Hall School of Law as a Deans Scholar. Throughout her time in law school, Lana gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk to Honorable James J. McGann in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Monmouth County, NJ. Lana successfully obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 2006. Post her legal studies, Lana continued to work as a law clerk to the Honorable James J. McGann in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Monmouth County, NJ. She was later admitted to practice law in both the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar. Lana is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
