Biography
Serving as a Senior Trial Lawyer in the District Attorney’s Office of King’s County, Mr. Galleshaw handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases across various New York courts, including the Supreme Court, Criminal Court, and Family Court. Following his tenure at the DA’s Office, Mr. Galleshaw transitioned to the litigation division of a prominent insurance defense firm, where he managed a diverse array of complex legal disputes such as products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction mishaps, lead and asbestos contamination cases, and general negligence claims. Mr. Galleshaw now specializes in a wide spectrum of intricate litigation cases, encompassing both state and federal criminal defense matters, complex commercial litigation, and high-value construction and motor vehicle injury claims.
