Biography

Jenna is currently serving as an Associate in the Litigation Department at O'Connell & Aronowitz, P.C. Throughout her time in law school, Jenna gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of New York and as a Certified Legal Intern at the Albany County District Attorney's Office, where she worked on appeals under supervision for the People to the Appellate Division, Third Department. Jenna obtained her J.D. from Albany Law School with a Certificate in Civil Litigation with Distinction. During her tenure at Albany Law School, Jenna was honored with the President's Scholarship and the David S. Williams '42 Scholarship. She was also inducted into the National Order of Barristers, received the 2022 Capital District Trial Lawyers Association Prize, and was chosen as the recipient of the Wann Family Prize for Excellence in Business Law and Litigation for the Class of 2022. Jenna held a leadership role as an Executive Board Member for the 2021-2022 Anthony V. Cardona '70 Moot Court Program, where she served as the Chair of the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. Throughout her law school journey, Jenna excelled as a finalist in the Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition and received a Brief Award for the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. Jenna completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Fordham University, majoring in Environmental Studies and Anthropology on a Pre-Law trajectory. During her time at Fordham, Jenna completed an internship with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and participated in the 2018 GO! Global Outreach mission to Romania. Jenna is an active member of several legal associations including the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Albany County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. She is engaged with the New Lawyers Division and National Law School Committee, and holds the position of Co-Chair of the New Lawyers Division Professional Development Committee within the American Association for Justice.
