Lee Kindlon, the principal partner of the Kindlon Law Firm, has represented clients in numerous high-profile criminal cases within the region. Utilizing his extensive courtroom experience, he leverages his skills to assist clients across various legal domains. Lee's expertise in civil litigation encompasses cases involving contracts, fraud, civil rights violations, and negligence. He has effectively resolved a multitude of substantial personal injury and wrongful death suits. Lee's legal practice extends to representing corporations and professionals in white-collar criminal matters. Following his commission in the Marine Corps and serving over three years on active duty, Lee served as a Judge Advocate, initially in Legal Assistance and later as the prosecutor at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Currently holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Lee continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve as the Reserve Officer in Charge of Appellate Defense for the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Appeals. Admitted to the New York State Bar in December 2002 and the District of Columbia Bar in January 2008, Lee is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and is certified to practice in all military courts.
