Biography
With over three decades of experience in matrimonial and family law practice in Long Island, I bring a wealth of knowledge in navigating complex Equitable Distribution and Custody cases through negotiation and trial. My approach is centered on customizing representation to align with each client's unique objectives and preferences, coupled with attentive listening and strategic advice. While striving for amicable settlements, I have effectively represented clients in numerous trials and hearings involving intricate financial matters and contentious custody disputes in both Supreme Court and Family Court settings. Recognized as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell annually since 2002 and rated "10.0 Superb" by Avvo, I am honored to have been featured in Super Lawyers, New York Metro Edition, a distinction bestowed upon less than 5 percent of attorneys in the state. Recently acknowledged with the "Top 10 Attorney Award" by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, I am a proud member of the New York Family Law American Inn of Court, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association. Serving as an arbitrator for the Nassau County Alternative Dispute Resolution Matrimonial Panel and as an instructor for the Trial Techniques Program at Hofstra School of Law, my firm operates across Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties, as well as all five boroughs of New York City.
