Kimberly B Allen - Profile

Kimberly B. Allen established her family law and divorce practice in 1995 in Garden City, Long Island. After a decade of success, she made the decision to move both her residence and legal practice to embrace the lifestyle offered in the Capital Region. While she has significant experience in litigation in Federal and State Courts on Long Island, the five boroughs of New York City, and Westchester, her primary focus now lies in the Capital Region, encompassing various counties such as Colombia, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Saratpga through Fulton, Essex, and Montgomery Counties up to Warren and Washington Counties. She is acknowledged by the Appellate Division as a child advocate and actively collaborates with and volunteers at Wellspring of Saratoga (formerly known as Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services). She holds memberships in the New York State Bar Association, Saratoga County Bar Association, and Adirondack Women's Bar Association. Ms. Allen is also licensed to practice in the courts across the State of Connecticut and has represented clients in numerous other states on a pro hac vice basis.
