Before establishing his private practice, Samuel served as legal counsel for the NYC Administration for Children’s Services, handling a wide range of family court child protective cases. His responsibilities included overseeing numerous trials and contested hearings, preparing legal documents such as motions and pleadings, and negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients.
