Eugenie F. Temmler serves as a partner at Rabner Baumgart Ben-Asher & Nirenberg, P.C. Her legal expertise encompasses family law, as well as employment litigation. Ms. Temmler began her career with the firm immediately after completing her law school education. She later gained extensive experience at a specialized firm focusing solely on family law before returning to her current position. Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court (District of New Jersey), and the United States Courts of Appeals (Second and Third Circuits), she actively participates in the Essex County Bar Association and the Family Law Executive Committee. Ms. Temmler frequently engages as a member of Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels and has delivered lectures on various family law matters. Committed to giving back, she volunteers her legal services to Partners for Women and Justice, as well as Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.
