Nancy Carol Nissen, Esq. is a Partner at Tully Rinckey, PLLC's White Plains, NY office. Specializing in family and matrimonial law, she also focuses on labor and employment law. With a rich background in family and matrimonial law, Nancy kicked off her career at the City of New York, handling family law cases, such as neglect and abuse.
