Tini Legal Group, P.C. was founded in early 2015, following the departure of its managing partner, Mr. Tini, from his role as Principal Legal Clerk for the now retired Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, Stephen M. Behar. Before serving as Principal Legal Clerk, Mr. Tini had previously overseen Tini & Associates, P.C. This distinctive background encompassing both private practice and public service enables our firm to gain a deeper understanding of our clients' specific requirements and to navigate the complexities of each case while adhering to the particular regulations of the assigned judge.
