Simone N. Archer - Attorney Profile

Simone N. Archer, Esq. is a versatile litigator with a broad legal background, practicing in various fields of law. She also serves as an Administrative Law Judge/Hearing Officer for the City of New York at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH). Ms. Archer has gained experience in both small and large legal firms. Prior to her role as the managing member at Archer Harvey & Smith, LLC, Ms. Archer worked as a trial attorney focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She also worked as in-house counsel for a prominent insurance company specializing in insurance defense. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Archer worked as an insurance agent and claims adjuster for a leading insurance company. Ms. Archer is dedicated to giving back to the community and actively participates in pro bono legal work through various organizations in New York City, such as the Varick Removal Defense Project, Lawyers’ Foreclosure Intervention Network, New York County Lawyers’ Association’s ‘Project Restore,’ and Safe Passage Program.
