David Michael Carr is one of the founding partners and a key figure at Santoro, Carr PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New York as well as the Federal Court for the Southern District of New York. David is an active member of various prestigious legal organizations including the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. Before establishing his own practice, David pursued his legal education at Brooklyn Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2001, following his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University in 1998.
