Biography
Having been a part of the Trial Division at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Tracy gained valuable experience and knowledge working alongside seasoned trial attorneys and prosecutors. This hands-on experience enabled him to sharpen his investigative, litigation, and trial abilities, as evidenced by his impeccable record of felony-trial convictions as a prosecutor. During his time in the Trial Division, Mr. Tracy managed various criminal cases, ranging from DWI, Assault, Grand Larceny, Domestic Violence, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon to more severe offenses such as Rape, Sexual Abuse, Attempted Murder, and Murder. Further enhancing his expertise, Mr. Tracy served as a Deputy Bureau Chief at the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office Domestic Violence Bureau. In this capacity, he supervised a team of over ten prosecutors, overseeing critical decisions related to arrest charges, prosecution tactics, and trial support. Alongside his supervisory duties, Mr. Tracy also personally handled Homicide cases, involving investigations, indictments, hearings, trials, and resolutions. Mr. Tracy’s success stems from his comprehensive approach to case management. He is well-versed in the strategies employed by prosecutors to construct their cases, adept at pinpointing vulnerabilities, and fervently advocates for his clients' rights.
