Biography
With over 25 years of experience as a trial attorney in civil and criminal law, I have successfully handled more than 250 felony trials throughout various NYC counties. I have represented clients in both the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and the Eastern District of New York (EDNY). In 1999, I obtained certification to defend clients facing the death penalty. During my tenure at the New York County Legal Aid Society, I served as a senior trial attorney specializing in homicide cases and other Class A felonies. In civil matters, I have skillfully represented clients in real estate, divorce, separation, child custody, and will preparation cases. Additionally, I have conducted numerous examinations before trial (EBTs), unconditional examinations (UEOs), and personal injury cases.
