Biography
Haley earned her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in Central Islip. She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science at SUNY Stony Brook. Following that, she achieved her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in Central Islip, graduating with distinction. Haley is currently licensed to practice law in the state of New York. Haley was appointed and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County. In this role, she evaluated, investigated, and litigated numerous criminal cases. She conducted hearings and spent extensive time in the courtroom. Haley was assigned to the domestic violence unit, where she received specialized training in handling domestic violence and sex crimes cases. Additionally, she worked in the sex trafficking division, focusing on unlicensed practices and prostitution cases. Noteworthy is Haley's comprehensive training in the 2020 Bail Reform Act and the latest article 245 discovery laws, providing her with a competitive edge in protecting her clients' rights.
