Biography
Jonathan, originally from Italy, received his B.B.A. from Hofstra University. With a passion for making a positive impact, he began his legal career as a summer intern at the Legal Aid and Defender Association in Detroit, Michigan during law school. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the complexities of the criminal justice system. Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he also held the position of President of the International Law Society. He is dedicated to advocating for individuals facing charges ranging from felonies to misdemeanors and violations. Jonathan believes in ensuring that every individual has a voice and is not overshadowed by the legal system. He emphasizes the importance of preventing criminal convictions in New York State, as they can have lifelong consequences. Jonathan is an active member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NYSACDL) and the Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County (CCBANC). Recognized for his exceptional work, Jonathan has been named a Rising Star in Criminal Law by Super Lawyers for the New York Metro area consecutively from 2019 to 2024.
