Jeffrey Einhorn became part of Mr. Lichtman's practice as a junior partner in 2007. Collaboratively with Mr. Lichtman, he has served a multitude of clients in intricate criminal litigations in both state and federal tribunals, at the trial and appellate tiers, encompassing cases related to RICO infringements, money laundering, structuring, deceit, drug trafficking, assault, sexual misconduct, homicide, and coercion. Mr. Einhorn's meticulous scrutiny of legal statutes has facilitated his clients in securing advantageous settlements and crucial court sessions, such as a recent triumph that resulted in the annulment of a 27-year prison term. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate, which he attained from Brooklyn Law School in 2006, Mr. Einhorn undertook clerkships at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Attorney's Office, District of Connecticut.
