Biography

Gabriella MacDonald, Esq. hails from Monroe County where she was born and raised. She completed her legal studies at the University at Buffalo Law School in New York, where she received accolades such as a place on the Public Service Honor Roll and the prestigious CALI award recognizing her exceptional accomplishments in trial advocacy. During her time in law school, Ms. MacDonald served as a teaching assistant, was an active member of the UB Law Mock Trial Team, and participated in the Erie County Woman’s Bar Association. She also dedicated her time to coaching mock trial students at a local high school. Ms. MacDonald gained practical experience through internships at the New York State Attorney General's Office, the Children’s Legal Center, the Office of Legal Counsel for the Boston Public School District, as well as the pro se clinics at the Erie County Family Court Help Desk and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. Remarkably, Ms. MacDonald's first trial victory occurred on the very day she was admitted to the bar, showcasing her exceptional trial advocacy skills and pragmatic approach to case management, earning her recognition as a valuable asset to the community.
