With a background as a Senior Investigative Assistant District Attorney, McCarthy A. Hawkins has handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases, including but not limited to murders, attempted murder, assaults, gang assaults, robberies, burglaries, weapons sale and possession, as well as drug sales and possession, in both New York State Supreme Court and New York City Criminal Court. After dedicating nine years of service to the District Attorney’s Office, McCarthy A. Hawkins founded The Law Office of McCarthy A. Hawkins in 2015.
