Robert G. Stahl is the principal partner at Stahl Gasiorowski Criminal Defense Lawyers. He established the firm in 1997, following six years of distinguished service as a federal prosecutor. The focus of his practice is on advocating for individuals facing white-collar charges and other serious federal and state allegations, both during trial proceedings and in appellate courts. Some recent noteworthy federal cases he has handled involve the defense of a university student accused of conspiracy to obstruct justice post the Boston Marathon bombing; a pharmacist facing charges related to a substantial online prescription drug fraud scheme in the Southern District of New York; and a prominent rabbi charged with kidnapping following an FBI operation in New Jersey.
