With over four decades of expertise as a criminal defense attorney. Previously served as a law enforcement officer in the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department. Formerly held the position of Senior Assistant Public Defender in Dutchess County. Vast experience in conducting trials and pre-trial hearings. Notable as a DWI legal educator for State and local Judges. Actively involved as a member of the Dutchess County Ignition Interlock Panel. Currently, my legal practice focuses primarily on cases involving DWI and Opioid Addiction.
