Brent Xavier serves as the President at Anelli Xavier, a position he has held since joining forces with Tom Anelli in 2006. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in assembling a talented group of former prosecutors and seasoned criminal litigators to establish what he considers to be the most formidable team of DWI defense attorneys in the state of New York. His primary objective is to ensure that his team effectively shields clients from the severe repercussions associated with DWI accusations. Operating on the belief that individual contributions culminate in a collective force that significantly benefits their clients through exceptional advocacy, Brent Xavier earned his B.A. from Cornell University in 1996 and obtained his J.D. from New York Law School in 2006.
