Biography
Frank M Bogulski hails from Hamburg, NY, growing up along the lakeshore where he indulged in aquatic activities and pursued ice hockey. He completed his education at Frontier High School and earned a United States Army ROTC scholarship to enroll at Cornell University. During his time at Cornell, Frank focused on economics and business studies, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. He actively participated in the Army ROTC program and successfully completed the United States Army Advance Camp at Fort Brag, NC. Post his academic pursuits at Cornell, he was commissioned as a United States Army officer, specializing in military police operations. His service included roles at Fort McClellan, AL, and subsequently, he joined the NY Army National Guard until 2001. Apart from his military service, Frank also contributed his expertise to the CSEA union, New York’s most prominent public employee union, serving as a labor relations specialist, advocating for workers' rights, engaging in contract negotiations, and addressing various labor-related issues. In pursuit of further academic accomplishments, Mr. Bogulski commenced his legal education at the University at Buffalo Law School in 1998, ultimately graduating in 2001. His dedication and proficiency in the field of Labor Law were recognized with the prestigious American National Bar Association Award. Transitioning to private legal practice in 2002, he currently focuses on criminal defense, DWI defense, business law, personal injury cases, and labor law matters.
