Biography

Attorney Daniel R. Magill specializes in criminal law matters. With experience representing clients facing a range of charges, he has successfully handled cases involving misdemeanors and serious felonies. Attorney Magill has a strong background in DWI cases, managing both pre-trial and trial proceedings for clients across several counties including Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Steuben, Wyoming, Genesee, and Wayne. A native of Scottsville, he graduated from the Aquinas Institute of Rochester in 2004. In 2008, Attorney Magill obtained a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Studies from SUNY Geneseo. Subsequently, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2011. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2012.
