Mr. Evans focuses his legal practice on business dispute resolution, labor and employment conflict resolution, and educational law. Within his business dispute resolution practice, he assists various corporate clients with contract disagreements, requests for court orders, issues related to constitutional rights, regulatory adherence, labor and employment concerns, and risk mitigation. Mr. Evans also represents numerous insurance providers in matters related to coverage and regulatory compliance. He offers comprehensive litigation assistance to utility companies on regulatory issues, including compliance with New York Public Service Law, New York Public Service Commission regulations, and Utility Tariffs. He has represented multiple educational institutions on topics such as accommodations for students with disabilities, student disciplinary actions, constitutional law, labor and employment matters, regulatory conformity, collective bargaining, labor arbitration, construction disputes, and other legal areas covered by the firm’s full range of Practice Groups. His legal background also encompasses insurance coverage and defense lawsuits, municipal law, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Evans serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Education at Le Moyne College, where he instructs Masters level courses in education law, human resources, and collective bargaining.
